  1. Currency and Pricing: All products and services are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD), and where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the listed price.
  2. Parties Involved: In these terms and conditions, the terms "Us," "Our," and "We" refer to Kopi N Teh with ABN 80584107660, located at U32 7 Carrington Rd, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154. The terms "You" and "Your" refer to the customer, visitor, website user, or person utilizing our website.
  3. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions on www.kopinteh.com.au periodically. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase or when using our services.
  4. Acceptance of Agreement: Your participation on this site and any purchase made with Kopi N Teh signifies your acceptance of this agreement.​

7th Anniversary Promotion Policy

  1. Promotion Details: The 7th Anniversary Promotion (“Promotion”) offers selected hot beverages at Kopi N The’s original 2019 menu prices for participating customers.The promotion is valid on-site from 06:00am AEST on 27th July 2026 until 04:00pm AEST on 29th July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all Kopi N Teh customers.
  3. Participating Items: The Promotion applies to hot beverages only. Cold beverages are excluded from this Promotion.
  4. Promotional Pricing: Promotional prices are based on Kopi N The’s original 2019 menu.
    • Small (8oz, labelled “R” on the 2019 menu) and Medium (12oz, labelled “L” on the 2019 menu) hot beverages are available at their original 2019 prices.
    • As 16oz hot beverages were not available on the 2019 menu, 16oz hot beverages are available for an additional $0.50 on top of the applicable 12oz promotional price.
  5. Extras & Modifications:
    • Extras added to hot beverages will be charged at the original 2019 menu price of $0.50 per extra.
    • Extras added to cold beverages (where applicable outside this Promotion) will continue to be charged at the current menu price of $1.00 per extra.
    • Additional charges may apply to other modifications not covered by the Promotion.
  6. While Stocks Last: Promotional items are available each day during the Promotion Period while supplies last.
  7. No Further Discounts: No additional discounts—including stamp card redemptions or BYO cup discount—can be applied in conjunction with this Promotion.
  8. Multiple Purchases Allowed: Customers may purchase multiple promotional beverages in a single transaction, subject to availability.
  9. General: Kopi N Teh reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Policy

  1. Minimum Order Requirement: An order must meet a minimum of $10 or include at least two cups of coffee to qualify for delivery.
  2. Delivery Locations: We currently provide delivery services to locations within walking distance. However, for catering orders to other locations, arrangements can be made with a corresponding delivery fee based on the distance.
  3. Delivery Fee Structure: The delivery fee for locations outside 7 Carrington Rd, Castle Hill 2154 but within 500m is $5 per order.
  4. Split Payment Clarification: If an order is paid through split payment methods, please note that we reserve the right to charge multiple delivery fees, even if the items are delivered to the same location.
  5. Delivery Time: While we cannot guarantee precise delivery times, we strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time as closely as possible.
  6. Stamp Card and Free Drink Exclusion: Delivery orders are not eligible to claim stamps or receive a the $5.00 discount through the stamp card program.

Stamp Card Policy

  1. Redemption Criteria: Every 8th stamp entitles the cardholder to a $5.00 discount.
  2. Discount Applicability: The $5.00 discount may be applied to any item on the Kopi N Teh menu.
  3. Eligibility for Stamps: All drinks purchased from Kopi N Teh, except for delivery orders, bottled drinks, cans, and babycinos, are eligible for a stamp.
  4. Valid Stamps: Only stamps issued by Kopi N Teh are considered valid.
  5. Lost Stamp Cards: Kopi N Teh is not responsible for lost stamp cards or for maintaining records of stamps, even if the stamp card is kept in-store.
  6. Exclusion for Delivery Orders: Delivery orders are not eligible for stamps and cannot redeem the $5.00 discount through the stamp card program.
  7. No Change Policy: No change will be provided for the $5.00 discount if the order value is under $5.00.
  8. Stamp Card Transition: As of January 6, 2025, any 'free drink' noted on previous stamp cards will be treated as a '$5.00 off.' To minimize waste, previous stamp cards may still be used under the current policy.
  9. Stamp Timing Policy: Stamps must be collected at the time of purchase. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively for past purchases.

Go Green Discount Policy

  1. Definition of Reusable Cup or Straw: A reusable cup or straw is defined as a cup or straw that is safe for washing and sanitizing, designed to be used repeatedly over an extended period.
  2. Discount Application: A discount of 50 cents applies when customers use their own reusable cups or straws at our store.
  3. Per Drink Discount: For each cup of drink, a 50 cents discount is applied when a customer opts to use their own reusable cup or straw.
  4. Combination Usage: In cases where both a reusable cup and reusable straw are used for the same cup of drink, a singular 50 cents discount is applied to the overall cost of the drink.

Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Diners, AMEX, and EFTPOS payments at our store without any surcharge.
  2. PayID Information: Payments can be made through PayID to admin@kopinteh.com.au.
  3. Bank Transfer Details: For bank transfers, please use the following details: Kopi N Teh BSB: 062-475 ACC: 1031 5699.
  4. Tax Invoice Request: Upon request, a tax invoice may be emailed to you for your records.
  5. Order Acceptance and Payment: We reserve the right not to accept your order in cases where payment cannot be obtained.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered for the following circumstances: 1) Quality Issues: If there is a legitimate concern regarding the quality of the food or beverages. 2) Order Errors: In the event of a mistake or error in the order placed. 3) Payment Issues: Instances where overpayment or double payment has occurred.
  2. Notification and Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, you must notify our staff immediately upon discovering the issue.
  3. Cash Refund: In cases where cash was used for the original purchase, refunds will be issued in cash.
  4. Card Refund: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  5. Refund Exclusions: No refunds will be issued for purchases made with gift vouchers.
  6. Refusal of Refund: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.
  7. ​Refusal of Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse order cancellations if the order has already been prepared or dispatched.
  8. Late or Missed Cancellation: If the order has already been prepared or is en route, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the full order amount will be charged.
